How can I create an account?

Creating an account on Kreosus takes no more than a few minutes. Click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage and enter your email address and a strong password; then activate your account by clicking the link in the verification email sent to you. After completing this step, you can choose your creator or supporter role, add a profile photo and short biography to tell your community who you are. For creators, bank/payment information and invoice information are additionally requested; this data is mandatory for payments to be transferred securely.

How can I start using the platform?

After your account is approved, the Control Panel opens. Creators can define subscription levels here (e.g. "Bronze", "Silver", "Gold"), place one-time support buttons or embed code on their own websites with a few clicks. Supporters can go to the profiles of creators they are interested in and make monthly or one-time payments with the "Support" option, access shared exclusive content and directly encourage the creator through the message box. All financial movements are monitored in the "Income" tab, which is updated in real time; you can see commission, transaction deduction and your net earnings in detail.

What are the payment methods?

Kreosus supports the credit and debit cards common in Turkey and worldwide, especially Visa and Mastercard. Card data is encrypted and processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment provider. Kreosus never stores your card details on its own servers. You can add more than one card to your account. Payments are charged in the currency the creator chose: Turkish Lira, US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, Japanese Yen, Australian Dollar or Canadian Dollar. The payment provider charges between 2.9% and 3.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. The platform commission ranges from 0% to 10%, based on the creator's total earnings. How does the membership cancellation and refund process work?

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the "My Subscriptions" page. Canceling stops future charges right away. You lose access to posts for active supporters at once. Posts the creator opened to all supporters stay open. One-time supports cannot be canceled. For refunds, contact the creator first. Kreosus can refund only in limited cases, such as a clear payment error or fraud. For those cases, write to [email protected]. See the Terms of Service for details.
